IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms of Use were last updated on January 5, 2026, and supersede all prior versions.These Terms of Use (“Terms” or “TOU”) and the Arbitration Agreement (Section 20) form binding agreements between you (“You,” “User,” or “Bettor”) and Bettx, Inc. (“Bettx,” “We,” “Us,” “Company,” or “Operator”), operator of www.bettx.us and related applications (the “Site”). They govern your access and use of the Site, creation of your bettx.us user account (“User Account”), placement of wagers on sporting events (“Wagers” or “Bets”), deposits, withdrawals, and all transactions or interactions with Us (collectively, the “Service”).
IMPORTANT NOTICES:- AGE AND LOCATION RESTRICTIONS APPLY. You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legal under applicable laws. You alone ensure compliance with local laws; We provide no legal advice.
- THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AGREEMENT — It requires resolution of disputes via final and binding arbitration on an individual basis only, for your own losses. You cannot proceed as a class representative, in collective actions, mass arbitrations, private attorney general suits, or representative proceedings, or seek recovery for others.
- OPT-OUT. If you have not previously agreed to arbitration with Us, opt out within thirty (30) days of accepting these Terms by following Section 20 instructions. Late opt-outs are void. Opting out leaves other Terms in effect.
READ THESE TERMS, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 20), AND THE BETTX. US PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms, incorporating the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, House Rules, and other expressly incorporating policies (collectively, “Incorporated Policies”).
Acceptance of Terms.
You represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to accept these Terms, are of legal age (at least 21), and have read and understood them fully. By accessing the Service, creating an account, depositing funds, placing Wagers, or clicking to accept, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not access or use the Service. All activity, including pre-acceptance events, is subject to these Terms.The Service is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple® or Google®. You provide information to Bettx only, not to them.
1. Changes to Terms and Incorporated Policies
1.1. We may modify these Terms periodically. Changes appear on the Site. We may notify you by email of material changes, but you must check the Terms before use. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.1.2. Incorporated Policies may also change, posted on the Site. You must review them regularly.1.3. Contact support@bettx.us for questions.1.4. In conflicts, these Terms control.
2. Definitions- Account Balance → Funds in USD in your User Account from deposits, winnings, or bonuses (subject to withdrawal rules).
- Bet/Wager → Real money stake on a sporting event or outcome via the Service.
- House Rules → Specific rules for bet settlement, event handling, and market types on the Site.
- Platform → Services via www.bettx.us, subdomains, mobile apps, and related features.
- Restricted Jurisdictions → Areas where the Service is prohibited by law (you ensure compliance).
- User Account → Your registered account for deposits, Wagers, and withdrawals.
3. Limited Revocable License
3.1. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment only, subject to these Terms.3.2. You gain no ownership in the Service, Account, or funds beyond your Balance (subject to withdrawal). We may manage, modify, or restrict features, odds, or limits at our discretion.3.3. You cannot sell, transfer, or assign your User Account or Balance. Violations result in forfeiture and possible bans.3.4. All deposits and Wagers are final and non-refundable. We may void Balances or Bets for violations or errors.3.5. The Service is provided “as is.” You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse it.
4. Eligibility
You must:- Be at least 21 years old.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Use the Service only for personal, non-professional purposes.
- Provide accurate information.
- Avoid fraud, bots, collusion, or prohibited strategies.
- Use only payment methods in your name.
Employees, affiliates, and related parties are ineligible.
5. Your User Account
5.1. One account per person. Multiples may lead to suspension and forfeiture.5.2. Keep details updated and secure. You are responsible for all activity.5.3. We may suspend inactive or violating accounts, forfeiting Balances.
6. Deposits, Wagers, and Withdrawals
6.1. Deposits are in USD via approved methods. Funds are available after processing. 6.2. All Wagers are final once confirmed. No cancellations or changes. 6.3. We settle Wagers per House Rules. We may void or adjust for errors, late bets, or irregularities. 6.4. Withdrawals are subject to verification, fees, and limits. We hold-all-right and may withhold for investigations. 6.5. No refunds on deposits or losing Wagers. Chargebacks result in suspension and debt recovery. 6.6 We hold and reserve the right to hold payouts up-to 12-Months over $50k. Deals of company equity or payment plan with the customer may be established.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements. Abuse leads to forfeiture.
8. Responsible Gambling
We support responsible gambling tools (limits, self-exclusion). See Responsible Gambling Policy.
9. Verification and Security
We may require KYC (ID, address, source of funds). Failure leads to restrictions.
10. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited: Fraud, collusion, arbitrage, bots, VPN misuse for restrictions. Violations result in forfeiture and bans.
11. Account Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate for any reason, including violations, sharp play, or risk management, with Balance forfeiture.
12. Intellectual Property
We own all Site content. You gain no rights beyond the license.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Service is “as is.” We are not liable for losses from use, errors, interruptions, or bets. Liability capped at your net deposits in the prior 12 months. You indemnify Us for claims from your use.
14. Disputes and Arbitration
See Section 20 for mandatory binding individual arbitration and class waiver.
15. Miscellaneous- Governing Law: Delaware, subject to arbitration.
